I think my scarf has stained my neck .. ? ( read )?
i baught this scarf from this really cheap shop called Hype, it was only £1, and i always wear it, because, well anyway the other day i woke up and i had patches of black on my neck ( i think from the scarf ) its like i dont know what to call it but like cheap silky? im not sure but i quickly tried scrubbing it this morning ( because in the shower i didn’t think too much of it ) and it still isn’t coming off WITH soap. What should i do?
Is there any way to get it off?
Or should I sue them ? (seriously)

Try alcohol wipes to remove the fabric dye.
Sue ? When you buy something really, really cheap and wear it every day what do you expect ? You get what you pay for. So no.
