How do I keep the dye from my silks from bleeding when I hand wash? This happens even when I’ve had them for a while.

The best thing to do is to put a hand full of salt to the last rinse water, make sure it dissolves completely, let them soak a little longer then gently squeeze out the moisture and hang to air dry.
The salt should help stop the color from bleeding. This procedure may need to be repeated each time you hand wash the garments.
